Job Opportunity: Sterilizing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sterilizing Specialist.

This role involves processing, maintaining, and distributing reusable medical devices required by Operating Theatres and Wards. Key responsibilities include collecting contaminated reusable medical devices from wards and designated departments for delivery to the Central Sterile Supply Department, packaging equipment for sterilization, assisting with validation and routine control of decontamination and sterilization processes, attending to the transportation, storage, rotation, and handling of supplies, and monitoring decontamination/sterilization processes and checking/maintaining all reprocessing and sterilization records.

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a Certificate 111 in Sterilization (or similar) and at least one year's experience in sterilization within a hospital setting (highly desirable). A strong customer service-orientated mindset, ability to work effectively as part of a team, methodical approach to work, and high level of attention to detail are essential.

As a valued member of our team, you can expect flexible working hours across a 5-day roster between 6:30 am and 11:00 pm. Key Responsibilities:
