Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a high standard of confidential and customer-focused administrative services.
  • Manage front desk operations, including welcoming visitors, responding to inquiries, and directing phone calls.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to scheduling and maintaining accurate records.
  • Support the admission and discharge processes for patients, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Compile and generate reports related to patient and client information as needed.
  • Perform data entry and word processing tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations while managing medical record services.
  • Provide clerical support across various locations within SA Health.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in administration or a similar field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
