Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Senior Risk Manager. This individual will be responsible for driving organizational compliance and risk management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and monitor an organization-wide risk and compliance framework.
  • Act as the point of contact for AUSTRAC obligations and best practices in customer due diligence and transaction monitoring.
  • Oversee liquor, gaming, and club licensing requirements, engaging with relevant regulatory bodies.
  • Design and embed an enterprise-wide risk management framework, including risk registers, policies, and reporting structures.
  • Collaborate with IT and Privacy functions to enhance cyber and information security oversight.
  • Drive internal/external audits, contractor/vendor compliance, and regulatory reporting.
  • Provide strategic insights on compliance trends, emerging risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement to senior stakeholders.
