We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Compassionate Caregiver to join our team at KinCare. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our aged customers in the Sunshine Coast South area.

About the Role

This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers. You will be responsible for delivering person-centred care, promoting independence, and enhancing the overall wellbeing of our customers.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role, including personal care skills.
  • A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle – travel is part of the role.
  • An ability to work independently, finding solutions to everyday problems, and knowing when to ask for help.

In return, we offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated $40-$45 per hour, plus superannuation, paid kilometres, phone allowance, and discounts on food, clothing, health, and wellbeing, entertainment, and more.
