**Job Summary:**

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care, domestic assistance, meal preparation, medication prompting, social support, and basic administrative tasks to our clients in their own homes. You will work closely with our clinical and care teams to ensure seamless care delivery and participate in ongoing training and education programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality personal care and domestic assistance services to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and housekeeping.
  • Prepare and serve meals to clients according to their dietary requirements and preferences.
  • Prompt and administer medications to clients as required.
  • Provide social support and companionship to clients, engaging in activities that promote their physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
  • Conduct basic administrative tasks, including data entry and communication with clients and families.

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Disability, or a relevant qualification in a related field.
  • Experience working in the aged care, disability, or veteran sectors, preferably in a caregiving or support role.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle, as travel between client locations is required.
  • CPR and manual handling certification, or willingness to obtain.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.

**Benefits:

  • $500 SIGNING BONUS (T&C apply)
  • Competitive salary range: $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • Guaranteed 25 hours of permanent part-time employment, with opportunities for casual shifts
  • Travel time and KMs payments, plus additional allowances for phone and laundry expenses
  • Ongoing training and education programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Daily access to support from our clinical and care teams
