As an Aged Care GP, you will be working with a collaborative care model that brings together a team of doctors, nurses, geriatricians, carers, and allied health professionals to support the healthcare needs of residents.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality medical care to residents in aged care facilities through a combination of face-to-face consultations and virtual care.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure residents receive the right care in the right place at the right time.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that meet the individual needs of residents.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the improvement of healthcare services for residents.
- Vocational or General Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Full Australian work rights.
- Experience in Emergency Department and/or General Practice.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
