Job Description: Transaction Diligence Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in due diligence engagements related to acquisitions or disposals of businesses.
  • Analyse financial/operational results of targets through reviewing accounting records, conducting interviews with management, and preparing/evaluating pro forma financial information.
  • Identify and analyse key value drivers to deliver financial and commercial insights, which directly impact deal value and structuring.
  • Work with colleagues from other disciplines on multi-faceted projects in cross-border environments.

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, business, finance, or economics.
  • Membership in the Institute of Chartered Accountants or an international equivalent.
  • Strong Excel skills and high proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis.
  • Highly analytical, with ability to solve deal value questions within short timelines.
