Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Trade Store team in Mount Isa QLD.

The successful candidate will provide exceptional service to our growing customer base, building engaging relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities include processing customer orders, managing end-to-end customer interaction activities, and interacting with customers in our Trade Centre.

  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Process customer orders and manage customer interactions.
  • Interact with customers face-to-face, respond to requests, source parts, and follow up on expected time of arrivals for backorders.
  • Provide product-based information as required.
  • Undertake daily stock replenishment and update the Trade Centre Showrooms.

  • Confidence and experience with Microsoft Office software.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and focus on completion of allocated tasks.
