  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in the fishing industry, preferably in ranked positions.
  • Sea Time: Less than 5 years' sea time may be considered, depending on relevant experience.
  • Licenses and Registration: Hold the necessary licenses or registration to perform duties effectively.
