The opportunity to lead learning and design capability in a well-known Australian organisation is now available. This initial 6 month contract offers a hybrid work arrangement where you will spend three days per week in the office located in the inner eastern suburbs.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement capability strategy
  • Deliver training programs while collaborating with the change management practice, instructional designers, and the organisation
Requirements:
  • Experience in managing training and capability development within complex environments
  • Knowledge of contemporary adult learning theories, principles, and practices
  • Skill in working with instructional design principles and practices
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage changing priorities and projects
