We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in talent acquisition to collaborate with our Pacific recruitment team.

Key responsibilities include owning end-to-end hiring processes, developing relationships to understand evolving recruitment needs across APAC, maximizing partnerships with talent attraction and diversity sourcing, and driving proactive collaboration with HR teams.

Reporting directly to our Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition based in Singapore, you will work closely with the APAC TA team.

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably with a mix of agency and corporate experience. You will also need to manage stakeholder relationships, influence hiring decisions with data insights, and demonstrate innovative sourcing skills.
