Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an innovative and visionary leader to join our team as an Educational Director. This is a unique opportunity to drive educational excellence, foster a culture of innovation, and inspire a team of educators to deliver high-quality programs.

The successful candidate will have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and extensive experience in leading educational teams. They will be passionate about developing children's learning and well-being, and committed to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

  • Job Description:
  •   - Drive educational excellence through the development and implementation of effective curriculum plans and programs.
  •   - Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the team, promoting experimentation and risk-taking.
  •   - Develop and maintain strong relationships with families, children, and educators, ensuring a collaborative and supportive learning environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  •   - Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
  •   - Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  •   - Current QLD Working with Children Check.
