Program Coordinator Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the service, including staffing, rostering, and compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Lead a team of educators and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure the provision of high-quality care to children at all times.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other stakeholders to achieve service goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualification in Childcare or Teaching (minimum Diploma of Children's Services).
  • Sound experience in assisting with programming and a passion for providing quality childcare.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others.
