Childcare Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Childcare Coordinator. This is a full-time position, 38 hours per week, responsible for the day-to-day running of our childcare service and the management of a team of Educators.

This role offers the opportunity to develop quality programs, manage the day-to-day running of programs, coordinate staffing and rostering, ensure compliance with policy, undertake administrative requirements, and work collaboratively with families and the school community.

• Develop and implement quality childcare programs
• Manage the daily operations of the service
• Coordinate staff schedules and rosters
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures
• Complete administrative tasks and reports
• Build strong relationships with families and the school community

• A completed or near-completed qualification in Childcare or Teaching (minimum Diploma of Children's Services)
• Sound experience in assisting with programming and a passion for providing quality childcare
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A valid First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain one
• A current Blue Card, or willingness to obtain one
