Role Description

This position is responsible for leading the delivery of product and disclosure initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing initiatives to drive strategic goals, managing the development, compliance and production of product-based communications for Superannuation, Insurance and Retirement product solutions.

A key focus area for this role will be the development and implementation of effective multi-channel communication strategies for product initiatives, including product enhancements, launches and projects.

">

As a Product Communications Manager, you will be required to educate stakeholders and promote the product suite, acting as a product champion. You will also need to stay up-to-date with relevant legislation to ensure that documentation meets requirements while remaining clear, concise and client-friendly.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications;
  • RG146 qualification;
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience across product management, project management, disclosure and legal functions;
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing;
  • Time management skills in a fast-moving business;
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills;
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively, and translate complex information for a range of stakeholders.
