Role Summary
We are seeking passionate Registered Nurses to provide person-centred care to clients in the community, ensuring a safe environment and applying clinical skills to improve their quality of life.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning and implementing client care within their scope, considering physical, social and psychological requirements. They will also create and update care plans to reflect developing needs, ensuring clinical quality compliance standards are met.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality person-centred care to clients in the community.
- Assess and plan client care, considering individual needs and circumstances.
- Implement care plans, ensuring continuity and quality of care.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.
As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will spend most of your day on the road, completing scheduled community visits. We encourage our team members to be creative and enjoy themselves while contributing to our success.
Requirements- Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration.
- General nursing experience, post-registration.
- Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills.
- Current Australian Driver's Licence and own roadworthy insured vehicle.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
