Job Title: Estimator SpecialistAbout the Role:

The estimator specialist plays a vital role in delivering services to customers and stakeholders within the organization.

This permanent full-time position involves providing coordination for estimating, quotations, pricing management, and customer service to support trade sales and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Taking clear briefs and gathering relevant information.
  • Working with suppliers to obtain quotes and pricing for special orders.
  • Compiling quotes and presenting them to customers while managing workflow effectively.
  • Managing information input into relevant systems and following up on quotations given to account managers.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate communication of information.
Requirements:
  • Solid coordination and administration experience with system and process knowledge.
  • A genuine interest in the building industry and a desire to grow in this space.
  • Understanding of key aspects of the construction process.
  • A strong eye for detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competent computer skills for administrative roles and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • The capacity to prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines.
  • Highly customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills.
