Infrastructure Specialist

As an Infrastructure Specialist, you will lead the development of project plans and designs.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including feasibility studies, cost estimates, and timelines.
  • Conduct site investigations and surveys to assess project requirements and constraints.
  • Prepare detailed engineering designs, drawings, and specifications.

You will collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop integrated project plans that meet industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Planning and Design:
  • Develop project plans, including feasibility studies, cost estimates, and timelines.
  • Conduct site investigations and surveys to assess project requirements and constraints.
  • Prepare detailed engineering designs, drawings, and specifications.
Permitting and Regulatory Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Obtain necessary permits and approvals.
Construction and Project Management:
  • Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
  • Supervise and provide technical guidance to construction personnel and subcontractors.
Quality Control and Safety:
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure construction work meets required standards.
  • Conduct inspections and tests to verify compliance with design specifications.
Documentation and Reporting:
  • Prepare accurate and detailed project documentation.
  • Maintain project records, change orders, and other relevant documentation.
