Estimation Specialist Role

This is a pivotal position within our organization, dedicated to delivering premium estimation services. As an Estimation Specialist, you will collaborate closely with our team to provide prompt and accurate pricing for trade customers.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the estimation process, quotations, price management, and customer service effectively.
  • Take clear briefs and ensure all relevant information is gathered promptly.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to obtain quotes and pricing for special orders.
  • Compile quotes, present them to customers, and manage workflow efficiently.
  • Ensure accurate information input into relevant systems and follow up on quotations given to account managers.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless information exchange.
