We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Coordinator at St Vincent's Care Services. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and supportive care experience for our residents.
About You
- You will have a Certificate III or Diploma in Lifestyle and Leisure or diversional therapy, with experience in developing leisure programs for residents with dementia.
- You will possess high-level customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
- You will be able to follow directives as per care plans and have a strong understanding of aged care and resident rights and responsibilities.
- You will hold a National Police Certificate and may require an NDIS Worker Screening Check.
About the Role
- You will be responsible for developing and implementing leisure programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents.
- You will work closely with our care team to ensure that our residents receive high-quality care and support.
- You will maintain accurate records and reports, and contribute to the overall success of our team.
