Job Opportunity

We are seeking a senior leader to head our Financial Crime Planning and Enablement teams.

About the Role

As the Head of Financial Crime Planning, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals who work on implementing robust controls and increasing execution efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate financial crime risks.

- Lead and manage a high-performing team to deliver uplift in the Financial Crime Risk framework.

Requirements

- Extensive experience in operations and leading large-scale risk operations functions in highly regulated businesses.

- Previous experience leading an AML Operations function in an Australian regulated designated business group.

- Strong understanding of the operational requirements of adhering to AUSTRAC's expectations.
