Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle HCM Technical Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, planning, and delivering complex systems architecture for Oracle Cloud HCM suite.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven technical experience in Oracle Cloud HCM suite with strong database skills in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Good understanding of System Development Lifecycle and different framework or methodologies.
  • Experience in architecting, designing and implementing bespoke applications and related integrations around Core HR and other HCM modules that are secure and scalable using various technology stacks.
