Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate interactive workshops, provide strategic training, and build trust-based relationships, positioning you as a trusted advisor and change leader.
  • Manage teams, oversee timelines and resources, and seek continuous improvement and automation opportunities to maximise client value.

About You

Be a motivated, innovative professional with a strong background in HR, payroll, or business operations, ideally with hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud or similar systems.

You bring deep knowledge of core HR functions—recruitment, performance management, payroll, benefits, employee relations, and compliance—and a proven track record of managing or improving HR workflows with a focus on efficiency and strategic impact.

Your technical expertise spans Oracle's security model, data structures, Fast Formulas, and BI tools, and you're proactive in identifying solutions to complex challenges.

Strong communication and collaboration skills enable you to inspire teams, build trust with clients, and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
