As a consultative, strategic advisor, you will leverage deep product knowledge, customer insights, and a results-driven approach to drive new business acquisition (60%) while ensuring customer retention and expansion (40%).

You will be responsible for:

New Business Acquisition
  1. Proactively identify and engage potential customers through a mix of outreach channels.
  2. Create specific points of view on identified 'lighthouse accounts.'
  3. Run tailored product demonstrations to establish credibility and highlight competitive differentiators.
  4. Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to guide prospects through the sales process.
Customer Retention & Expansion
  1. Serve as a trusted advisor for existing customers, driving retention by proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans.
  2. Create tailored account plans to optimize customer engagement with the platform.
  3. Conduct regular strategic reviews to uncover expansion opportunities.
  4. Build a sustainable pipeline of upsell and cross-sell opportunities to achieve expansion targets.

Requirements include 8+ years of sales experience, proven experience in SaaS, and exceptional executive presence.
