You will be responsible for:
New Business Acquisition- Proactively identify and engage potential customers through a mix of outreach channels.
- Create specific points of view on identified 'lighthouse accounts.'
- Run tailored product demonstrations to establish credibility and highlight competitive differentiators.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to guide prospects through the sales process.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for existing customers, driving retention by proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans.
- Create tailored account plans to optimize customer engagement with the platform.
- Conduct regular strategic reviews to uncover expansion opportunities.
- Build a sustainable pipeline of upsell and cross-sell opportunities to achieve expansion targets.
Requirements include 8+ years of sales experience, proven experience in SaaS, and exceptional executive presence.
