  • Create comprehensive educational resources, including documentation, video walkthroughs, help articles, and community how-tos.
  • Engage with the community, contributing to forums, live sessions, and onboarding spaces effectively.
Your Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize maintaining high levels of empathy and technical precision in customer ticket resolution.
  • Implement AI-driven solutions to automate support processes and improve efficiency.
  • Develop educational content to empower customers and enhance their experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2–5 years of experience in technical customer support or adjacent technical roles.
  • A strong background in supporting SaaS platforms and working across multiple customer tiers is essential.
  • Familiarity with APIs, debugging, or Python scripting is required.
  • A passion for AI tools and their ability to enhance customer experience is necessary.
