We are currently in search of a motivated Change Management Specialist to join our People Strategy, Projects & Change team on a full-time contract.
Role Overview:
In this position, you will report to the Change Lead and will be responsible for providing collaborative and proactive Change Management expertise to support both management and staff across various operational divisions.
Your expertise will enable you to lead or significantly influence strategies, programs, and projects related to change throughout the organization. Your ability to effectively identify risks, opportunities, and trends, analyze them, articulate actions, and communicate those will be crucial to your success. Candidate Profile:
To be eligible for this role, you should possess:
• A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organizational Design, or Social Sciences
• Proven experience in leading and utilizing ADKAR change frameworks and initiatives within a diverse workforce
• A demonstrated ability to pragmatically apply knowledge of contemporary change strategies, project management, and a commitment to ongoing professional development
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovative and continuous improvement
• Well-developed collaborative and participative leadership abilities
• A solid understanding of change management principles, project management, and organizational development
• Additional relevant qualifications in areas such as data analytics, project management, strategy, or organizational psychology are desirable
• A genuine alignment with the organization's vision, purpose, and values.
