About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our Workplace Experience team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of the Workplace Experience program nationally and supporting Senior Facilities Managers with the day-to-day operational delivery of the workplace/soft services programs in key sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a customer-focused mindset and assist with the standardisation program of services across all support office locations.
  • Undertake evaluation and assessment of workplace utilisation tools to provide insights and establish reporting cadences across our stakeholder groups.
  • Establish community management groups across all national workplace support locations, review feedback through our voice of customer data in a rhythm of continual improvement and experience for our team members.
  • Bring a customer-centric approach to all aspects of the role, ensuring that the needs of our customers are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role or in Retail, Supermarket or FMCG experience is desirable.
  • Able to navigate complex work environments and teams to deliver outcomes.
  • Previous stakeholder management experience and ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
  • Experience working in a matrix leading change and business initiatives.
  • Experience working under pressure to set deadlines without compromise to quality or service.
