Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including showering, bathing, and grooming
  • Undertake household tasks, such as cleaning, cooking, and laundry
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as toileting and continence management
  • Contribute to day centre activities, including transport, shopping assistance, and therapy services
  • Work collaboratively with the Optimal Ageing Team to achieve client-directed goals
Requirements:
  • Current driver's licence and access to reliable transport
  • Ability to work autonomously in the community
  • Flexibility and willingness to work varied shifts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain client confidentiality and display empathy towards clients and their families
