
Indoor Plant Specialist

This role involves caring for and maintaining indoor plants, including tasks such as watering, fertilizing, cleaning, and pruning.
The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and uninstalling plants on client premises, loading and unloading delivery trucks, and communicating with clients on-site.
Key Responsibilities:- Care and maintenance of indoor plants.
- Plant installations and uninstallations on client premises.
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
- Client communication and support.
To succeed in this position, you will need to possess excellent communication and customer service skills. A horticulture certificate or relevant experience is highly desirable, and a valid manual driver's license is mandatory. The ideal candidate will also be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects, have the ability to work independently and drive long distances, and demonstrate high attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.

In this role, you can expect to receive a company uniform, on-the-job training, a company vehicle, and a mobile phone. You will also be required to complete pre-employment medical, police, and reference checks.
