Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Lead Asset Management Engineer to lead and take ownership of a portfolio of asset management projects.

The successful candidate will work with existing national clients on operational readiness and asset performance improvement projects.

The ideal candidate will have a background in hydrocarbons, manufacturing or mining environments, with experience in maintenance and/or operations, and AM consulting teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering operational readiness activities including maintenance strategy development, spares assessments, CMMS builds, and more.
  • Developing preventative maintenance plans and procedures for critical equipment.
  • Collaborating with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely availability of spare parts and equipment required for maintenance activities.
  • Taking a key role in reviewing, implementing, and improving asset management systems and processes.
  • Providing technical support and guidance to the team.
  • Identifying new work opportunities and supporting the growth of our asset management group.
