Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a casual food and beverage service professional.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm welcome and excellent dining experience for guests.
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, addressing special requests or dietary needs.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously, maintaining a high level of service throughout the meal.
  • Clear tables and reset them for the next guests, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of orders and handle any customer inquiries or issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar, high-paced restaurant/bar environment.
  • Availability until February and willingness to work throughout the Christmas and New Year holidays, including all public holidays.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, strong self-motivation, energy, and enthusiasm.
  • Collaborative team spirit, proficient time management aptitude, and a deep passion for upholding top-tier food, beverage, and service quality standards.

  • Must be able to commute/relocate to Surfers Paradise, QLD 4217.
  • Hold a valid RSA (responsible service of alcohol) certification.
  • Have full working rights in Australia.
  • Be willing to work a mixture of weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Adhere to a Day shift, Night shift, Public holiday, and Weekend availability schedule.
  • Receive supplementary pay, including Penalty rates and Tips.
