Food and Beverage Team Member

Join our vibrant Food and Beverage team in casual roles across our unique dining venues at Sea World Resort.

  • Our iconic hotel delivers unforgettable views of the Broadwater and is just a short stroll from The Spit.
  • As a Food and Beverage team member, you'll help create magical moments for our guests from sunrise to sunset across our range of dining spots.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide friendly, attentive service and handle food & beverage orders with ease.
  2. Bring our menu and specials to life with your in-depth knowledge.
  3. Ensure stock levels are ready for each shift and maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all spaces.
  4. Collaborate effectively with the team and prioritize health and safety.

Requirements:

  • Must-Have: Current Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-energy, high-volume environment.
  • Previous experience in cocktails, à la carte dining, or events is a plus.
