As a Reservations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing bookings and providing exceptional customer service via phone and internet.This includes taking reservations from guests, guiding them to the best nature-driven escapes in NSW, and promoting our Customer Loyalty Program and special offers.You will also process guest reservations and cancellations, provide information on local area and facilities, and prepare correspondence and maintain records of mail and filing procedures.Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
  • Providing efficient and professional service while actively promoting our brand
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Communicating effectively with all guests and staff
About this role:

The ideal candidate has experience in administration, front office reception, using booking systems, and working in call centre environments. They should be able to learn quickly, adapt to changing work environments, and communicate effectively with guests.
