About The RoleYou will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the bakery department, taking pride in contributing to a store that is exceptionally presented, welcoming, and engaging for our customers, team members, and local community.
Required Skills And Qualifications- Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment is essential.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with direct/indirect experience leading, coaching, and developing teams to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements.
- Maintaining excellent department standards, including monitoring stock, rotation routines, waste, and quality control is crucial.
