Job Description

As a Business Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the corporate team with various administrative tasks and projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the team with everyday administrative tasks, including changes to work conditions, advising on parental leave, coaching managers on challenging conversations, drafting show cause letters, and processing promotions or other approvals.
  • Guiding leaders in setting objectives, having meaningful mid-year check-in conversations, and completing end-of-year reviews using HR software.
  • Supporting the annual Remuneration Cycle by gathering and presenting people metrics, navigating HR software for performance development reviews, enabling discussions, and calibrating recommendations.
  • Contributing to the companywide Employee Engagement Survey project, from communications to presenting actionable insights to senior leaders.
  • Collaborating with the team to use HR software, become a super user for our new employee engagement survey platform, and support adapting to new systems and processes.
