Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to Emirates passengers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Baggage Handling: Oversee the handling of baggage, including baggage tracing and claims handling.
- Ground Handling: Manage the ground handling operations, including ramp handling and aircraft servicing.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the Airport Services team, ensuring that they are well-trained and equipped to perform their duties.
- Operational Planning: Develop and implement operational plans to ensure the smooth operation of airport services.
- Reporting and Analysis: Analyze operational data and provide reports to management on key performance indicators.
- Emergency Response: Play a key role in emergency response planning and coordination.
- Experience: Significant experience in the airline industry or airport ground handling, with a proven track record of leadership and management.
- Qualifications: High school level of education or equivalent, with relevant professional training courses in Passenger Services and Ground Operations.
- Skills: Advanced skills in customer service delivery, good interpersonal and effective cross-cultural communication skills, and experience with Microsoft Word/Excel and Outlook E-Mail.
This is a challenging role that requires a high level of energy and motivation. The successful candidate will be required to work a rotating shift roster, including weekends, public holidays, and early morning/night shifts.
