Job Description

We are seeking a visionary leader to take the reins of our community radio station. As General Manager, you will be responsible for leading the station into its next exciting chapter, building on the solid foundation that has been laid. You will lead the team with strong visionary and strategic leadership to fulfill our mission of Christ-centered broadcasting to uplift, inform and encourage listeners through faith-based content and strong community engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Christian broadcasting and ministry-focused communication. They will possess strong leadership, organizational, and team-building skills, as well as knowledge of ACMA, CBAA, and CMAA regulations. The ability to engage and build new relationships within the local community is also essential.

The successful candidate will have experience in management or equivalent leadership roles, preferably in a not-for-profit organization. They will demonstrate the ability to manage and lead a team of staff and volunteers, as well as donor and sponsor relationships. A degree in Communications, Broadcasting, Business, Ministry Leadership, or related field is preferred.
