We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Restructuring & Insolvency practice group.

Job Description

As a Senior Associate, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of restructuring and insolvency matters, including cross-border cases. You will draft advice, prepare court documents, and attend hearings. You will also assist high-profile clients with negotiations and contribute to business development initiatives.

You will work closely with a strong leadership team and support from multiple jurisdictions. Our clients include major Australian and foreign banks, top-tier corporates, investment banks, fund managers, and professional trustees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work on a diverse range of restructuring and insolvency matters
  • Draft advice and prepare court documents
  • Attend hearings and assist high-profile clients with negotiations
  • Contribute to business development initiatives
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you need solid experience in large-scale commercial insolvency and restructuring matters. You must have a commercial approach and experience dealing with complex transactions. You should have excellent analytical, technical, and drafting skills.

  • 4+ years PQE in a reputable Restructuring & Insolvency or Commercial Litigation practice
  • Commercial approach and experience dealing with complex transactions
