Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled UX/UI Designer to play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of a fast-growing vehicle subscription platform. As our sole designer, you will collaborate with product managers and engineers to visualize features, user flows, and functionalities across our platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft intuitive, engaging, and visually cohesive experiences by applying user-centred design principles.
  • Lead usability testing and user validation sessions to ensure designs solve real customer problems effectively.
  • Review analytics and user feedback to continuously improve and iterate on your designs.
  • Ensure design consistency aligned with brand guidelines across multiple products and teams.
  • Work closely with engineering to ensure smooth handoff and faithful implementation of designs.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of proven experience in UX/UI design, ideally across web and mobile platforms.
  • Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics, detail, and polished interfaces.
  • Deep user-centred mindset, passionate about solving user problems with elegant, simple solutions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and other modern design and prototyping tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate design ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
