Job Title: Strategic UX Designer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled designer to lead the creation of user-centered design solutions that meet the needs of our customers in the healthcare context.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing prototypes to appropriate levels of fidelity for testing and iteration with customers, collaborating with cross-functional product development teams to bring designs to life, and aligning teams with customer and business priorities through regular presentations and education.

About the Role:

This is an opportunity for a talented designer to join our growing design practice and contribute to the development of innovative design solutions. As the design practice grows, there may be future opportunities for team leadership and management roles.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX designer for 6+ years.
  • 1+ year team leadership/management experience preferred.
  • Technology and/or health industry experience highly desirable.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence tools is highly desirable.
