Salesforce Business Transformation Specialist

As a Salesforce expert, you will be responsible for designing user-centric solutions that deliver measurable business value. This role combines functional design, stakeholder collaboration, and hands-on configuration.
Key Responsibilities:- Advise clients on 'what's possible' using out-of-the-box Salesforce features
- Design capability maps, business process flows, user journeys, and wireframes
- Gather and prioritise business requirements and user stories with SMEs
- Configure Salesforce functionality aligned with best practices
- Run demos, build prototypes, and lead functional workshops
- Conduct unit testing and support quality assurance
- Support change teams to drive adoption and enablement
- 3+ years' experience in Salesforce platform implementation and configuration
- Strong communication skills to engage both technical and business stakeholders
- Experience designing customer journeys and business process flows
- PASSION FOR USER-CENTRIC DESIGN AND BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION
- Consulting background preferred
- Baseline Clearance is highly advantageous
