Salesforce Transformation Specialist

As part of a major Salesforce transformation program, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the technical build is robust, efficient, and aligned to best practice standards.
Working closely with the program architect, you will oversee both onshore and offshore delivery teams, contributing to a high-profile state government initiative.
The RoleAs a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing development activities and ensuring technical solutions align with architectural direction.
- Deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions by working closely with the program architect.
- Provide hands-on expertise in Omnistudio/Omniscript and Public Sector Cloud.
- Guide and mentor developers and testers to maintain delivery quality.
- Coordinate with offshore technical leads to manage build and implementation.
- Support solution design and resolve technical issues across the program.
- Promote Salesforce best practices across the delivery team.
To be successful, you will bring strong Salesforce technical leadership experience.
- Proven hands-on skills in Salesforce Public Sector Cloud and Omnistudio/Omniscript.
- Experience working in an onshore/offshore delivery model.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to mentor junior developers and testers to lift team capability.
- Availability for an ASAP start.
