Salesforce Business Transformation Specialist

This role plays a pivotal part in driving business value by leveraging Salesforce to translate business requirements and data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical skills, be detail-oriented, and possess the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with Sales, Marketing, and Support teams to identify and prioritize changes to the Salesforce platform.
- Document business initiatives and break them down into actionable agile user stories for the development team.
- Design and implement reports and dashboards to provide real-time updates on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator.
- 7 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA).
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud Einstein and/or Tableau.
