Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Bayhost to join our team. As a Bayhost, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet every guest immediately in a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Assist them in understanding and enjoying our game - including the safety rules.
  • Offer food and beverage.
  • Protect our Guests and community by observing the rules of responsible service of alcohol.
  • Ensure the bays are clean and ready for our Guests.
  • Be efficient in handling cash.
  • Offer optimum guest service – create "Moments that Matter".
  • Take pride in serving our food and beverages according to Topgolf standards.
  • Suggest premium menu items to enhance the Guest's experience and maximise sales.

Requirements:

  • Previous food and beverage experience.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
  • Energy and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent communication, time management and organisation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in extreme weather conditions for extended periods of time.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Physically fit to lift, bend and stand for long periods of time, manoeuvring up and down stairs.
