We offer enrichment and acceleration programs as well as extracurricular activities including sports, culture, and academics to support our high potential and gifted students.

Our professional learning program focuses on developing data literacy to support evaluative practices and student outcomes.

A valued partnership between the school and parents/community is built through collaborative decision making and funding of school-based initiatives.

The ideal candidate will satisfy teacher training and academic qualification requirements. In addition to general selection criteria:

  • Deliver high quality curriculum through differentiated teaching and learning and assessment practices.
  • Provide strong educational leadership to collaborate with co-curricular teams.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with faculty, executive team, and wider school community through interpersonal, collaborative, and communication skills.
  • Actively participate in collaborative leadership for whole-school improvement aligned with the school's strategic directions and vision.

The following selection criteria must be met:

  • Successful teaching experience with capacity to initiate improvement in teaching, learning, and classroom practice.
  • Knowledge of curriculum, assessment, and student welfare with ability to lead and design quality, inclusive teaching and learning programs.
  • Educational leadership skills to build capacity and manage performance of individuals and teams.
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and engage students, staff, and parents.
  • Ability to plan and manage resources effectively and equitably to support teaching and learning.
  • Knowledge of and commitment to the Department's Aboriginal education policy.
