As a Lead Educator, you will work closely with the Leadership Team to design and deliver an exceptional curriculum that promotes each child's unique development and interests.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design and implement high-quality educational programs aligned with the National Quality Standards.
  • Lead a team of educators to achieve outstanding outcomes for children and staff.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • At least 2 years of experience in leading a team within a childcare service.
  • Strong communication and time-management skills.
  • A valid Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
  • Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain.
