Key Responsibilities- Event Planning and Coordination
Develop event objectives, review and develop event proposals in coordination with key stakeholders, and determine event specifications to ensure cost estimates stay within budget parameters.
Technical Event ManagementDevelop and maintain event schedules, estimate labor, equipment, and transport requirements, and publish show brief information including schedules, floor plans, and schematics.
Financial ManagementManage the financial integrity of the event, provide technical advice to the sales department, and assist with cost estimates as required.
