We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Systems Specialist to join our team at Ardent Leisure Group. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a 2-year contract, supporting the implementation of a new payroll platform and ensuring the continued integrity of our broader HR Technology mix.
Key Responsibilities- Support the administration and optimization of our people systems, identifying opportunities for process improvement or improved outcomes for the business;
- Undertake project work to support system implementation and migration works across the people systems environment;
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to champion systems enhancements for our business;
- Perform testing, validation, verification, audit and other activities to ensure reliable, high quality people data;
- Act as the internal SME and support with trouble shooting, communication of enhancements, and training and education activities.
You will be a detail-oriented and solutions-focused professional with a minimum of 2 years' experience working as a People Systems Advisor/Specialist in a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment. Your experience should include working with and administering HR systems, with knowledge of Oracle Taleo, Preceda, Tanda or similar platforms considered highly desirable. Your Excel and data analysis skills, as well as a working knowledge of Web API's and integration methodologies, will be essential for success in this role.
