Compassionate Supporter

We are seeking individuals with a passion for aged care to join our team in providing exceptional support services to our clients.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality care.

The role involves:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients in their homes or residential facilities
  • Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Preparing meals and snacks, and assisting with mealtime routines
  • Encouraging social interaction and participation in recreational activities
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes in client condition

The successful applicant will have:

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
  • Experience working in aged care or a related field
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (both spoken and written)
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility to work varying shifts
