The Role:
  • Prescription Expert: You'll interpret and analyse prescriptions with precision, ensuring every customer gets exactly what they need.
  • Frame Styling Specialist: Help customers select the ideal lens types for their prescription and take accurate measurements for a perfect fit.
  • Quality Control Specialist: Perform thorough checks and adjustments to spectacles, ensuring everything is just right before collection.
  • Customer Experience Champion: Deliver unrivalled customer service and stay up to date on promotions and products.
Your Skills:
  • You've got experience in optics and you're ready to take on a more hands-on and customer-focused role.
  • You're great with customers and making them feel comfortable and supported.
